We call you back
During business hours, usually the same day. We will ask what you are seeing, how old the roof is, and whether water is currently getting in — that last one changes the priority.
Daniel comes out
The inspection takes 45 to 60 minutes and covers the whole system, not just the shingles. It is free and there is no obligation attached to it.
You get it in writing
A written estimate with what we found and what it costs. It is yours to keep, compare against other bids, and think about on your own timeline.

We are based in Bothell and cover 31 cities across King, Pierce, Skagit and Snohomish counties — from Stanwood and Mount Vernon in the north down to Tacoma, Lakewood and Puyallup in the south, and east to North Bend and Granite Falls.

If it is an emergency
If water is actively coming into the house, call rather than filling in a form. Say that it is active on the phone and it moves up the list. Getting a roof covered quickly is what limits the damage inside, and interior repairs cost considerably more than roof repairs.
