Brixton & Windsor Roofing Reviews
Every review below is a real customer, in their own words. Some are trimmed for length. None are written by us.
Where these reviews come from
Every review on this page was written by an actual customer on Google or with the Better Business Bureau. Some are shortened. None are rewritten, and none are invented.
That matters more than it sounds like it should. Making up testimonials is illegal under the Federal Trade Commission’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews, which names AI-generated reviews specifically. Plenty of contractor websites carry them anyway. If a review has no name attached to it, on any site, it is worth asking why.
The themes that come up repeatedly here are the ones we care about: that you deal with Daniel directly rather than a salesperson, that the crew shows up when it said it would, and that the site gets properly cleaned up afterward — including a magnetic sweep for loose nails, which comes up in reviews more often than anything else.
“The service and knowledge of roofing options was great in helping us make our decision on material for our roof. They also delivered on time and budget.”
“We worked directly with the owner, and he was excellent when explaining the whole process. The crew was very efficient and very respectful during the job. They did a great job cleaning up and even did a magnetic sweep for loose nails.”
“They did an excellent job with everything, from the estimate and explanation of the work, to the installation and clean up after all the work was done. Extremely Professional, Knowledgeable & Timely!!”
“Very professional, on time and did a great job on our new roof. Daniel was very helpful and quick to address all our questions and concerns.”
“Great communication about our options and timeline. I would highly recommend their roofing services!”
“I can’t say enough how good a job these guys did on my roof! I’m a hard man to please and I can’t find a single thing I dislike about the finish product or process of getting it done!”
“Daniel and his team were great to work with. He was responsive, the guys showed up on time and did a thorough job diagnosing and repairing our roof at a very fair cost.”
“Great experience with Brixton. From the office coordinator, owner Daniel and the foreman Nelson. Daniel communication was wonderful from the start to the end.”
“We recently had our roof replaced by Brixton & Windsor. Daniel and his entire team were exceptional from start to finish.”
“Brixton & Windsor Roofing went above and beyond in helping me with a new roof. They delivered what was promised and always kept me informed both with messages and pictures.”
“The owner was really attentive to my needs. Price was competitive and the crew was professional and friendly.”

How to read any roofing contractor’s reviews
You are about to spend somewhere between twelve and twenty thousand dollars on something you cannot see from the ground. Reviews are most of what you have to go on, so it is worth knowing what to look for.
Look for names. A first name and a last initial at minimum. Anonymous praise costs nothing to produce.
Look for specifics. Real customers mention things nobody would think to invent — the foreman’s name, the magnetic sweep, being told the deck needed work, how long the crew took. Generic superlatives are the tell.
Read the middling ones. A company with nothing but five stars and no detail is less convincing than one with a few three-star reviews that were answered properly. How a contractor responds when something went wrong tells you more than the praise does.
Check more than one place. Google, the Better Business Bureau, and the Washington State contractor license record all hold different information. The license record is the one nobody thinks to check, and it is public: it shows whether a contractor is active, bonded and insured, and whether there are claims against the bond. Ours is BRIXTWR790QN, and it is worth looking up — along with the license number of anyone else bidding on your roof.

A free inspection and a written estimate you keep. Daniel owns the company and does the estimate himself — there is no sales team, so the person who looks at your roof is the person accountable for the work.
